Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.
Wherever you may be starting from, you can feel strong. Lifting should be accessible and non threatening. Run training should make you feel strong and allow you to perform your best.
I have two bachelor degrees in psychology and exercise science. I am also a NSCA certified personal training and UESCA ultra running coach. My education and certifications give me a unique mix of skills and education that I bring to every coaching relationship and your training design.

I value four things; connection, specificity, physiology, and empowerment.
The coach athlete relationship can be a powerful component to helping you understand the “why” behind training and inform the direction of training. Specificity and physiology are at the crux of my training principles. I focus on the physiological adaptations necessary for your event and the specific training necessary to help you be prepared.
On top of all of this, I want you to feel empowered by your training. I want you to move in ways that make you feel strong. I am a supporter of wild and bold ideas; carefully crafting a plan and providing valuable resources to you.
I am a mother, trail runner, adventure seeker, baker, sewist, and lover of monster movies.
