We provide one on one strength training sessions tailored to your sport demands, injury history, and fitness goals. Every session has these components:
- Mobility work: gain more range of motion and target limitations in movement
- Power or Plyometric Work: to develop your springiness, increase bone health, develop speed
- Strength Development: either through moderate to heavy loads, we will push, pull, squat, hinge, and carry weight
- Conditioning: faster paced movements that entice a positive hormonal response, develop the aerobic engine, and leave you feeling good
